A LICHFIELD care home is helping to ensure emergency services staff are able to enjoy a hearty breakfast.
The Spires Care Home allows crews to pop in for a hot drink and a slice of cake, but staff and residents decided they wanted to go one step further.
A spokesperson for the home said:
“Knowing how busy the services are, staff hand-delivered hearty breakfast baps of bacon and sausage to the station crews as part of their Breakfast To Go initiative.”
