A LICHFIELD chef is raising a glass to his latest venture.
Tom Shepherd, owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Upstairs, will turn his hand to drinks for the launch of a new brand with his wife Charlotte.
The first tipples on offer will be Banana Rum and Thai Green Gin.
Tom said he had used his knowledge of taste to help shape the new products:
“In the kitchen, I’m always exploring how flavours interact, evolve and complement each other.
“With Twofold Spirits, I’ve applied that same mindset, taking classic combinations and pushing them further to create spirits that are layered, exciting and rewarding to those who love to discover something new.”
