LICHFIELD City will embark on an historic campaign as they prepare for the first outing as a step four team this weekend.
The Trade Tyre Community Stadium side will begin life in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division this afternoon (9th August) – the highest level the club has ever played at.
But hoping to spoil the party will be visitors Anstey Nomads as they also look to kick off their campaign in winning style.
City will be keen to bounce back from the disappointment of their FA Cup tie last weekend when they crashed out against Hanley Town.
Kick-off is at 3pm. Admission is £10 adults and £7 concessions.
