The future of a number of Lichfield District Council services are set to be decided this evening.
The local authority is bidding to plug a £1.7million hole in its budget.
A petition had forced the council’s Cabinet to revisit the plans to reduce or remove a number of budgets in areas such as leisure and play and community services.
But only community transport has been spared the axe, with councillors set to vote on the proposals this evening (August 13).
