Tickets are set to go on sale for the 30th Lichfield Festival.
The event takes place from July 6 to 17 and features a range of performances covering a wide range of the arts are taking place to mark the anniversary year.
Sir Willard White will sing with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra in the spectacular opening concert, while Lord Puttnam will give the inaugural Lichfield Lecture.
The Festival will also see Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy read the poem she has written specially for the event which features more than 80 events.
Among the highlights are:

- Choral Evensong with Lichfield Cathedral Choir.
- A Maggi Hambling sculpture displayed in Lichfield Cathedral.
- French theatre and music group Zic Zazou
- The Endellion String Quartet.
- Salsa Celtica.
- A Festival Big Read with Michael Morpurgo.
- European Union Chamber Orchestra with soloist Natalie Clein.
- James Rhodes, a classical pianist with rock-star attitude.
- Ballet Black.
- Penguin Café.
- Monteverdi’s Flying Circus.
- Gwilym Simcock and his Trio.
- Bollywood Brass Band.
- The New Zealand String Quartet.
- Jacqui Dankworth singing with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra led by saxophonist Tommy Smith.
- Young Artist Series, featuring rising classical music stars from around the country
