Lichfield Library is hosting a free afternoon tea and storytelling event on Tuesday 12 June from 2pm to 3:30pm.
Enjoy a refreshing cup of your favourite beverage, with celebratory scones and jam, as you listen to professional storyteller Maria Whatton telling fascinating coronation-themed folktales about famous kings and queens.
No need to book, just drop-in and take part in this free Diamond Jubilee event , with free refreshments, brought to you by the Queen’s loyal subjects at Lichfield Library, the Friary, Lichfield WS13 6QG.
County councillor Pat Corfield, cabinet member for Culture and Communities said: “We want Lichfield’s residents to enjoy the Diamond Jubilee as part of what is going to be a fantastic summer of celebrations across the county and the UK.
