Lichfield MP Michael Fabricant has played his part in the Government’s budget by signing the orders for the Treasury.
Along with James Duddridge MP, Mr Fabricant was on hand to sign the documents before chancellor George Osborne unveiled the details of the budget to the House of Commons.
And as well as Mr Fabricant flying the flag for the city in the official picture, a Viva LichVegas t-shirt was also present for the moment, hanging from the wall in the background of the Government Whips’ Office.
The Conservative MP was one of the first people to purchase the Lichfield-themed t-shirts when they were made available by The Lichfield Blog’s sister organisation.
All of the current available designs can be seen on the Viva LichVegas website.
