A LIVING history event is returning this summer.
The Big Battle of Abbots Bromley will take place on 21st June and see more than 200 re-enactors in attendance.
Taking place at High Ash Farm, the event will transport visitors through almost 1,000 years of history with displays, authentic encampments and battle re-enactments.
Highlights will include Napoleonic warfare, as well as live cannon and musket firing.
Organiser Lee Chapman said:
“This event is all about bringing history to life in a way that is exciting, educational and memorable for all ages.
“We’re thrilled to be welcoming so many high-quality reenactment groups to Abbots Bromley for what promises to be an incredible day.”
