THE National Memorial Arboretum is preparing to offer new opportunities to young people in 2025.

The Alrewas site is creating chances for those aged between 13 and 18 to volunteer.

They include opportunities to become an Arboretum Ambassador working on Saturdays and Sundays as well as joining the Youth Steering Group.

There will also be chances to get involved via the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

A spokesperson said:

“If you, or someone you know, would like to find out more, we are hosting an event on 9th January between 4.30pm and 6pm, you can join us in person or online.

“To register to attend or to find out more, please email education@thenma.org.uk.”
