Civic dignitaries from across Staffordshire have been given a special tour of the National Memorial Arboretum.
They were invited by the Chairman of Lichfield District Council, Cllr David Leytham, to learn more about the work carried out at the Alrewas site.
“I was very proud to welcome my fellow civic dignitaries to the National Memorial Arboretum, which never fails to impress visitors,” said Cllr Leytham.
“The tour was fascinating, and I would like to thank the team at the Arboretum for making it such a memorable day.”
