New details have emerged about the shape of a new residential development in Lichfield after a new housebuilder took on part of the site.
Roman Heights in Streethay is currently under construction and will see hundreds of homes built along with a primary school.
Miller Homes is behind the overall development, but Bovis Homes has now acquired part of the site – known as H2 – which borders the area proposed for the new school.
New documents submitted as part of a planning application relating to the new proposals reveal that more than 80 properties will be built on the H2 area, comprising of:
- 10 x 1 bedroom
- 11 x 2 bedroom
- 32 x 3 bedroom
- 23 x 4 bedroom
- 6 x 5 bedroom
A statement from Bovis Homes said: “We are proposing a substitution of house types while maintaining the same street design and landscaping scheme.
“The application proposals are to substitute the approved Miller house types with Bovis house types. The layout and built form are to remain the same.”
