A new manager has been appointed at a new recruitment firm in Lichfield.
Bell Cornwall Recruitment has appointed Birmingham-born Katie Hale at its branch in the city.
The firm was set up in 2007 by Charlotte Bell and Jeremy Cornwall and now offers services to clients and candidates throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
Charlotte and Jeremy first worked with Katie in 1999, where she began her career in the recruitment industry.
Since then, she has worked for various agencies and specialised in recruitment across various sectors including office support, IT, marketing, public relations, graphic design and digital recruitment.
“I’m over the moon that I got the job, as this is a position that I’ve always aspired to and I’m going to be working with a great team of people here in Lichfield,” she said.
“When I first began my career in recruitment 12 years ago I was working with Charlotte and Jeremy, so now I’m getting to work alongside them as old friends as well as colleagues.
“It’s fantastic being at Bell Cornwall Recruitment, I feel like my career has come full circle and I’m right where I want to be.
“I hope I can do Bell Cornwall Recruitment justice in Lichfield by reaching the same level of success as the Birmingham office in the not too distant future.
“It might be considered a tough time to find employment at the moment, but I strongly believe that there are always jobs out there for skilled and hardworking people.”
