A unique recovery service for people suffering from mental health issues is set to be launched in Lichfield.
The Changes group will showcase the best of their services – including peer support meetings, wellness programmes, social activities and an accredited training course – at the launch on March 9, from 10am to 4pm, at the Pavillion in Beacon Park.
A spokesperson explained: “We are a user-led mental health charity providing a unique recovery service to those in mental distress and we were recently awarded the Mental Health Day Opportunities Contract for the South East Staffordshire area.
“The launch event is an opportunity to learn more about our service, speak to our volunteers and network with others. There will be Cook and Eat Sessions, Live Music and a short play.”
