A networking group for women in business is starting in Lichfield.
The Wings Business Network is hosting the first meeting on November 18 at the Hedgehog Inn pub on Stafford Road.
It is hoped the events will go on to become twice-monthly and allow women to build friendships and professional contacts.
A spokesperson for the event said:
“Our meetings provide the opportunity for businesswomen to meet regularly, in a friendly and supportive environment.
“We share ideas, offer support and advice and, more importantly, provide business referrals and valuable contacts to one another.”
The first meeting runes from 10am to 12noon and entry, which includes tea, coffee and pastries, is £5.
