A HOUSING association has launched a forum it says can help people through their "home ownership journey".
Bromford is encouraging shared owners and leaseholders to get involved with the virtual panel which provides the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, raise concerns and help shape services.
Alongside regular discussions, the meetings also feature presentations from senior association staff and industry professionals on relevant topics.
Tony Woolley, Bromford leaseholder, said:
"The Homeowners’ Virtual Panel gives us a dedicated space to ask questions and share our experiences with other homeowners.
"We know home ownership can sometimes feel complex, particularly when navigating areas such as shared ownership or leasehold responsibilities. The panel has helped to provide us with reassurance, guidance and access to information that supports us in making informed decisions.
"It is also good to know that Bromford listens to what we tell them. Sharing our feedback through the panel helps them better understand our experiences and identify opportunities to improve the services we receive."
