A Burntwood GP Practice will welcome over 2,000 new patients when two local doctors retire.
Most of the patients currently registered with Chasetown Medical Practice and Springhill Medical Centre will be re-registered with the Fulfen Practice in the Burntwood Health Centre.
Dr Indravadan Bhatt and Dr Pallavi Bhatt will retire on March 31.
The Springhill Medical Centre on Cannock Road will remain open until April 30 before closing for good, while the Chasetown Medical Practice will remain open under the management of the Fulfen Practice.
Around 40 patients who live outside the catchment area are being advised to register with an alternative surgery closer to their homes.
