MORE than 40 new homes could be built on the edge of Abbots Bromley if plans are approved.
The Strategic Land Group is seeking outline permission for up to 49 homes on farmland north of Ashbrook Lane.
The six-acre site is currently used as grazing land.
The proposed development would include 20 affordable homes.
