PLANS to build four new properties on land in Mile Oak have been approved.
The development has been earmarked for land on Hints Road.
A planning statement submitted to Lichfield District Council said:
“The site plan below shows how three dwellings would front Hints Road with a fourth property sat to the rear.
“All properties would be served by the single point of access.”
