PROPOSALS have been submitted to build 69 new homes on land in Kings Bromley.
The development has been earmarked for land at the rear of 67 to 105 Alrewas Road.
The scheme would also see the demolition of two existing properties.
A planning statement said:
“The application site is agricultural land sited to the north of properties fronting onto Alrewas Road, with residential properties located to the west and open fields to the east and north.
“The proposal includes a mixture, of one, two , three and four bedroom properties. The vehicular access is proposed off Alrewas Road and requires the demolition of two dwellings. The proposal delivers up to 19 affordable homes.”
