Plans have been unveiled for a new house to built on land in Lichfield.
The proposals would see a detached property and double garage built at the rear of 22 London Road.
Documents submitted as part of the planning application show the new property would feature four bedrooms.
The site would be accessed via a trackway between existing properties.
