LOCAL residents are being warned that even more wet weather could be on the way.
The Met Office has forecast further heavy rain across Staffordshire in the coming days.
It follows downpours which have seen roads, homes and businesses flooded.
Parts of Beacon Park also remain out of bounds after drains were unable to cope with the rainfall.

Rich Williams, from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, said:
"Heavy rain and flooding can cause some challenging road conditions and it is important that people do not drive through flood water as it can put you and others in danger as well as causing damage to your car.
"It is sometimes difficult to tell how deep water on the road is, so don’t take the risk of driving through it.
"If flooding begins to affect your property, make sure to turn off your gas and electricity supply if it is safe to do so and disconnect any equipment that uses water such as washing machines and dishwashers.
"If there is a risk to life, always call 999."
