A REWARD of £8,500 is being offered in the hunt for a man wanted on robbery and drug-related offences.

Alex Parker, 27, has links to Lichfield having spent time in the area when he was growing up.

He was questioned in relation to the crimes in 2021 but was released on bail – and then failed to turn up to a police station as scheduled in September 2022.

Officers believe he may have left the country in 2023 and could be living in the Middle East.

Independent charity Crimestoppers is offering the reward in a bid for information to help track down Parker.

Alan Edwards, West Midlands regional manager at the charity Crimestoppers, said:

"Alex Parker remains wanted – and information from the public could be vital in helping locate him. Even a small piece of information could make a significant difference.

"We know there are many reasons why someone may not feel comfortable speaking directly to the police. Crimestoppers is here to provide a safe, completely anonymous alternative.

"We do not judge, we do not ask for your personal details, and we never trace calls or online reports.

"If you know where Alex Parker is or have information about his whereabouts, please contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
