Audiences are being given the chance to take a nostalgic trip back to the sixties and seventies when The Rockin’ Berries come to Lichfield.
The band burst onto the scene with hit records such as He’s In Town and Poor Man’s Son and appearances on shows including Sunday Night at the London Palladium and The Royal Command Performance.
The new show stars two of the original Berries, Geoff Turton (vocals and guitar) and Chuck Botfield (lead guitar). They will be joined on stage by former Move and Wizzard bassman Rick Price and ex-Racey drummer Simon Ryland.
The Rockin’ Berries will be at the Lichfield Garrick on May 12 at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £19.50, and can be booked from www.lichfieldgarrick.com or by calling the box office on 01543 412121.
