A Lichfield jazz club is welcoming renowned saxophonist Alicia Gardener-Trejo back for a third time.

The Back Room Jazz Club at the George IV pub will see Alicia’s band perform a range of Benny Golson tunes, including Stablemates, Blues March and Killer Joe.

However, there will also be a number of his lesser-known tunes on show too.

The line up consists of Alicia on Tenor, Nick Dewhurs on trumpet, Tom Lindsay on piano, Alex Philips on bass, and seasoned Ric Yarborough on drums.

Support comes from Trombonist Will Rumney and his band, and the music starts at around 8.30pm tomorrow (April 21). Entrance is free.
