A housebuilder has been inundated with enquiries from potential buyers about properties at a Lichfield development.
Wolverhampton-based Persimmon Homes are offering properties on the HomeBuy Direct scheme at their Sandfields site in Lichfield.
The HomeBuy scheme allows buyers to receive an interest free five year loan for 30 per cent of the value of the property. The project is aimed at first-time buyers and key workers and is part-funded by the Government.
