The hosts opted to bat first and saw opener Shazad Malik pile on the runs with a knock of 95.
Martin Weston then smashed 85 off 46 balls as Whittington ended their innings on 292-9.
Beacon never looked like chasing down the revised target of 269 from 40 overs as they slipped to 62-4.
Daniel Mason offered some resistance with 78, but the visitors were eventually skittled out for 187.
