A company’s decision to move into a Lichfield office shows the city is still an appealing place for businesses, an agency has said.
Morecheck Ltd has agreed to move into The Studio on Sandford Street.
The company, which creates paint and pipework systems, agreed to take over more than 1,000 sq ft of office space.
Ben Nicholson, associate director of letting agent Burley Browne, said the deal showed the city was an appealing location for companies.
“The property was quickly let following a brief period of marketing and reflects the continued demand for good quality office accommodation, particularly in Lichfield city centre.”
