POLICE are appealing for information after an attempt to burgle a property in Lichfield.
Offenders managed to open an exterior door at an address on Hillside, but fled after being unable to gain entry via an inner door.
The incident happened at around 3.30am yesterday (31st August).
At around the same time in the area, a wallet was also stolen from a glove box after a BMW was broken into.
Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting incident 246 of 31st August.
