A woman has fought off a man who tried to snatch her handbag in Lichfield.
The victim was walking along Wissage Lane at around 1.30pm on August 29 when the man tried to grab her shoulder bag. She kept hold of it, but was pushed to the ground.
The offender – described at approximately 6’0″ tall, slim/medium build and wearing dark clothing – was then seen running down Valley Road.
