A SINGING group has marked the 16th anniversary of its foundation as "the furthest shanty crew from the sea".
The Lichfield Lighthouse Company has entertained audiences at community events and festivals, as well as raising money for the RNLI.
A spokesperson said:
"We are incredibly proud to be celebrating our 16th birthday. Over the years we have built a wonderful community of singers and supporters, raised money for a fantastic cause and had a great deal of fun along the way.
"We look forward to many more years of singing together.
"Everyone is always welcome to join, whether they are experienced singers or simply enjoy a good song and a friendly atmosphere."
