A security guard has been robbed by men wielding an axe in Lichfield.
He was leaving the Co-op store on Boley Park at 12.55pm today (January 2) when two men approached him.
The guard was not injured but cash was taken in the raid.
The offenders used an orange, black and white scrambler motorbike which was later found around a mile away in Aspen Close. One of them was wearing a helmet and the other wore a grey hooded top.
