PLANS to convert Lichfield offices into residential apartments have been approved.
The development, at Upper 71 St John Street, will see four properties created.
A planning statement said:
“The proposed development will deliver residential development through the conversion of existing building stock within the urban settlement, which is in line with the district’s spatial strategy.”
