An outdoor boot camp is offering people in Burntwood the chance to get fit this summer.
Burntwood Leisure Centre’s Inspire Fitness sessions are now moving outside on Thursday nights from 8.15pm to 9pm, whatever the weather.
Each class costs £5.40 and is free for leisure centre members that have classes included. Leisure Activity Passport holders pay £4.30.
Sam Corbett, Inspire Fitness Instructor at Burntwood Leisure Centre, said: “Come along to one of our boot camp sessions to be put through your paces and have a high energy workout.
“It’s a good test of endurance and really energises you midweek.”
