FOUR boys have been arrested after a teenager was threatened with a knife in Lichfield.
Police were called at 5.25pm yesterday (31st July) to Stowe Street following reports of a robbery.
A 13-year-old reported that he had been approached by a number of young people near Bulldog Lane.
The suspects were dressed in balaclavas, with one of them reportedly carrying a knife. They demanded that the victim hand over his phone.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said:
“Following a number of inquiries, officers arrested four boys earlier today.
“A 13-year-old, two 12-year-olds and an 11-year-old were each detained on suspicion of robbery. They each remain in police custody while our inquiries continue.”
