A Burntwood building business has appointed a new director.
Julie Caudle steps into the new position of director of people and performance at Cameron Homes.

Starting her HR career with KPMG, she went on to spend 15 years with law firm Gowlings before working as a consultant to Cameron and then being invited to join the executive board.
Chief operations director Paul Morrissey said: “Julie has introduced a leadership training programme aimed at improving how we communicate across all regions and how our values and behaviours are understood.
“As part of the executive board she is instrumental in getting the right people in place, at the right time, with the right skills to fulfil our ambitious growth strategy and helping us to achieve our plans.
“Julie will lead the company on how we achieve this by developing and implementing a talent management strategy which helps to attract, retain and engage the right team.”
Julie said that she was delighted to join Cameron Homes at such an exciting time for the company.
“I will also be developing a communication strategy that enables everyone to feel engaged in what they do and my longer-term focus will be to work with her fellow directors to align strategy, people and processes to make sure Cameron Homes is fit for the future,” she added.
