Burntwood Town hoping Jekyll and Hyde season doesn’t continue at Alcester Town

Published:

Burntwood Town will be hoping their Jekyll and Hyde season doesn’t continue when they travel to Alcester Town.

They go into their Midland Combination Division Two clash on the back of a 2-0 win at Coventry Spires, courtesy of goals from Mitch Clarke and Shawn Charles.

However, a 12-2 defeat at Polesworth and an 8-0 thumping at Sutton United will be fresh in the memory as they look to kickstart their season.

Burntwood’s game at Alcester kicks off at 3pm today (August 25).
