A LICHFIELD restaurant is raising a glass as part of a special link up with a high-end champagne brand.
The Boat will host the Dom Perignon pairing and tasting menu event at 6pm on 23rd July.
The champagne company’s senior brand manager and private client director will be in attendance at the event to introduce the different tipples throughout the evening and explaining why they pair with the tasting menu being served up by chef Liam Dillon.
A spokesperson said:
“The one night only dinner at The Boat promises to be an evening of luxury from start to finish, with some of the finest champagnes to try alongside delicious dishes using only the best ingredients from Liam’s on-site micro-farm and his local, top quality suppliers.”
