Chasetown FC will need to upset the formbook if they are to get their faltering play-off hopes back on track.
Charlie Blakemore’s men entertain FC United of Manchester who could guarantee themselves a spot in the end-of-season promotion deciders if they return from The Scholars Ground with all three points and other results go their way.
A shock defeat against Frickley Athletic and a midweek point at Northwich Victoria has left Chasetown with an uphill task to try and get back into the promotion shake-up.
And with FC United entering the game on a 16-match unbeaten streak, Chasetown know their task will not be an easy one.
However, the Scholars went close in February, eventually losing out 4-2 to ten-man United.
