TWO first half goals were enough to earn Chasetown the victory in their friendly with Coleshill Town.
Joey Butlin got the scoring underway after 20 minutes when he slotted past Cameron Belford after being sent through one on one.
The Scholars ace then turned provider for the second five minutes before half time when he crossed for Ty Webster to tap home.
The result means Chasetown have now won all five of their pre-season encounters so far – a record they’ll look to maintain this weekend when they split the squad for a home game with Anstey Nomads and an away day at Coton Green.
