CHASETOWN were hit for six in their pre-season friendly clash with Hednesford Town.
The Pitmen made a dream start when Niall Maher nodded home from a corner with five minutes on the clock.
Things got even worse on the quarter of an hour mark when Maher repeated the trick from another corner.
Chasetown tried to rally with Jack Langston's shot saved, but Hednesford made it 3-0 with 30 minutes played when Aaron Jarvis hammered home.
The second half saw more of the same as the Pitmen extended their lead through Jamie Cooke on the hour mark.
Cooke doubled his tally ten minutes from time before Josh Mabbley wrapped up the scoring five minutes from the end.
