Highly-rated five piece Colvin Quarmby are set to make a highly-anticipated return to Lichfield.

The band – who were voted best act at the Cropedy Festival – play the Lichfield Guildhall on October 30.

Gerry Colvin on guitar and vocals, bassist Nick Quarmby, lead guitarist Allan Maslem, Martin Fitzgibbon on drums and Marion Fleetwood on cello, fiddle and mandolin are all highly rated musicians, but it as an ensemble they come to life, combining top class songwriting, with breathtaking vocals and harmonies.

Lichfield Arts Director Brian Pretty said:

“They are really a full on’ entertaining band with superb scripted songs. The last time I saw them they simply knocked the audience out.”

The concert starts at 8.30pm and tickets are available from the Lichfield Arts box office on 01543 262223, or by visiting www.lichfieldarts.org.uk.
