A COMMUNITY fun day is returning to Beacon Park.
The event, which is free to enter, takes place from 11am to 3pm on Wednesday (6th August).
Activities on offer include the popular teddy bear races, a barefoot walk, face painting, crafting activities, a fairground ride and stalls.
Cllr Phil Whitehouse, cabinet member for operational services, parks and waste, said:
“The annual fun day at Beacon Park is a highlight in our community events calendar.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for people of all ages to come together and enjoy a day of entertainment and discovery in our beautiful park.
“Admission is free and there is a mixture of free and paid for activities. There is no need to book a place so come along and join in on the day.”
