Community safety event planned for Fazeley and Mile Oak residents

Published:

Organisations are coming together to host a community safety event for people in Mile Oak and Fazeley.

Lichfield District Council, Staffordshire Police, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, HomeZone Living, Neighbourhood Watch, Fazeley and District Initiative and Staffordshire Trading Standards will all be at the event which takes place on April 16 from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

Councillor Helen Fisher, Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Community Services, said:

“This event is a great opportunity to talk through any issues you have. It could be anything from environmental crime – such as littering and graffiti, through to any problems with anti-social behaviour. We hope lots of people come – even if it is simply to say hello and have a cup of tea.”

The event is taking place at Mile Oak Community Centre, Price Avenue in Mile Oak.
