A LICHFIELD coaching business will be showcased at a national workplace wellbeing event.
Nicola Kathryn Coaching will exhibit at the NEC’s Health and Wellbeing at Work Conference on 10th and 11th March.
Founder Nicola Forsyth works with organisations to support the personal and professional growth of staff by combining “psychology-informed coaching, personality profiling and evidence-based wellbeing practices such as breathwork”.
She said:
“It’s no secret that UK businesses lose billions each year due to sickness absence and lost productivity, while employees are facing rising levels of stress and burnout.
“Too often organisations take action only when issues have reached clinical or crisis point — or attempt to solve them through one-off initiatives or surface-level wellbeing activity. Our approach aims to bridge that gap by combining personal and professional development coaching with evidence-based wellbeing practices in a prevention-first model.
“As a boutique fractional coaching practice, we partner with organisations to strengthen wellbeing, develop leadership capability and create healthier workplace cultures that support both people and organisational performance.”
Visitors to Nicola Kathryn Coaching’s stand at the conference will also have the opportunity to enter a competition to win a free breathwork workshop, designed to help employees regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and support overall wellbeing.
Nicola added:
“Breathwork is one of the simplest and most accessible tools we have to calm the nervous system.
“When people feel calmer and more regulated, they’re better able to reflect, make more informed decisions and move forward with intentional action.”
