RESIDENTS in Shenstone Woodend are being urged to have their say on plans for a development of 99 new homes.

Lioncourt Homes is looking to build on a plot on land at Watford Gap Road.

The scheme would also see the addition of open space and a play area.

In a letter to residents, the developer said:

"Lioncourt Homes is a Worcestershire-based housebuilder who specialises in developing new homes, focusing on producing quality developments that are designed to a high standard.

"The scheme would deliver 99 new homes, including affordable homes, areas of open space and a play area.

"Full details of the vehicular access and pedestrian connections from Watford Gap Road will be provided as part of the application."
