A couple have been charged with the murder of their baby son in 2014.
Luke Morgan and Emma Cole, of Tunstall and formerly of Burntwood, have been charged with the murder of Tyler Morgan.
The 25-year-old and 22-year-old have also both been charged with manslaughter and face further charges of causing or allowing an infant death and child cruelty.
They appeared at Stafford Crown Court this morning (July 25) and were granted conditional bail. A trial date was set for January 14, 2019.
