A LOCAL organisation for young people has been given a crowdfunding boost.
Fun Club Hub, which works across Lichfield and Burntwood, will deliver free informal workshops to help boost confidence after hitting a fundraising target.
More than £11,000 was raised with the support of local backers and match-funding from Tamworth Borough Council through the Government’s Community Recovery Fund.
Kerry McCabe Crowley, joint manager of Fun Club Hub, said:
“We’re so happy about this milestone. As our first fundraiser, it’s amazing to see what we can achieve together, we can’t wait to see the impact Motivations Informal workshops will bring to the community.
“We are looking forward to delivering them in 2026.”
