LICHFIELD will face a derby clash this weekend as they travel to Rugeley.
The city men gave a good account of themselves last weekend as they went down to league leaders Wightwick and Finchfield.
Rugeley, meanwhile find themselves just above the drop zone after collecting just four wins so far this season in the South Staffordshire County League Division One. They go into the clash on the back of a disappointing seven-wicket loss over Coseley after being skittled out for just 118.
But Lichfield will be all too aware of the threat the hosts pose having been on the end of a defeat when the two sides met in the reverse fixture back in May.
Play is scheduled to get underway tomorrow (11th July) at 12.30pm.
