A Lichfield garage could be demolished to make way for new apartments and office space.
Plans have been drawn up to redevelop the site of St John Street Garage on Davidson Road.
The scheme would see six two bedroom apartments and an office or retail unit created on the land.
In a statement supporting the planning application, the proposed scheme aims to provide affordable and accessible living, particularly for first time buyers and city workers.”
