The former home of an engineering firm in Lichfield is set to be demolished.
Norgren moved its UK headquarters from Eastern Avenue to a new location in Fradley following an announcement in 2012.
Now the site is expected to be levelled after a planning application was submitted to Lichfield District Council.
The proposal is to concrete level the land prior to any future development.
